      Suitable for thickening the active printing system of cotton and rayon.​

Method of application:

1. Technical formulation

Sodium hexametaphosphate                 0.5-1g (adjust dosage according to water quality)

Reactive printing thickener BC-300        5-8 g or 2-4 g (mixed with sodium alginate)

Reactive dye                                             Y g

2. Technical formulation mixed with sodium alginate

    Mix 2-3% sodium alginate evenly and swell well, then add printing thickener BC-300, with stirring for 15-30 minutes. Finally, add 1-1.5% pH regulator and stir evenly. The pH value of the paste should be adjusted to 9-9.5.

3. Technical process

Paste preparation — cylinder or flat screen printing — drying (110 ℃, 1-2 minutes) — steaming (100-102 ℃, 8 - 10 minutes) — water washing

The specific process shall be adjusted by the customer according to the specific situation.

Packaging and storage

120 kg/plastic bucket. Sealed storage, shelf life 6 months at room temperature.
